This was the first build project for the Jackson County Habitat for Humanity. On May 5th, 2001 construction on the home was started. It was completed in September of 2002.
The RV Care-A-Vanners are pictured in front of Jackson County's first Habitat for Humanity house. The Care-A-Vanners are a group of men and women from all walks of life who travel in their own recreational vehicles to Habitat affiliates across the United States and Canada, building new friendships, Habitat awareness and decent home in partnership with families in need.
